    GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Key Cup is an automatic machine with a high production capacity for printing with the dry-offset system up to 7 colours on plastic items with the shape of a truncated cone.
Ltems to print are loaded  onto the machine and unloaded off the machine by auxiliary equipment , not mechanically connected to the printing machine but electrically interconnected with it so as to permit line management.
CAUTION: Manually loading and unloading the items on the printing machine is prohibited.

It is possible to adapt the machine speed to the diferent operating requirements by using the electronic variable speed unit with its control on the mobile push-button panel supplied with the machine.
The PLC based controlling logic governs a powerful and flexible operator interface that, toghter with the control systems , ensures easy, programmed machine operation with perfect quality of the finished product.
The machine productivity is closely linked to the many printing requirements that need to be faced.
The printing machine is coupled with syatems managing the stacks of items in the loading and unloading phases. In the loading phase there is a feeder that cats as a store of stacks and sends them to the machine. Whereas, in the unloading phase there is a re-stacker that divedes the items leaving the printing machine into stacks formed by a pre-set and constant number of items.
One or more operators load and unload the stacks and supervise the machine: checking production , removing any blockages , replenishing the inks, cleaning the printing unit.
Whereas operations such as refitting the machine (size changeover), subsequent preparation for printing, maintenance and some repairs will have to be delegated to a skilled technician.
