The customer may directly contact the customer assistance service in order to request the intervention of the supplier specialized technicians or of his official representative.

        Folowing a request from the customer and according to the availabilitu of its specialized personnel, OMSO will send one of its specialized technicians to the customer plant in order to set the machine at work and train his personnel if necessary.
