The supplied machine is guaranteed for six months from delivery. This guarantee, which covers defects in materials, construction or manufacture, is conditioned by notification of the same within eight days from the date of their discovery.

       The guarantee not cover those defects as depend on faliure to comply with the use and maintenance instructtions supplied by OMSO , on bad and inadequate use, or excessive use of the machinery , on modifications and repairs made by the customer (without written authorization from OMSO ) and on installation of the machinery in inadequate sites.

          The guarantee solely covers supply , free of charge and ex OMSO works , of those parts as cannot be used owing to defects in materials, construction or manufacture.

          The disseambly, re-assermbly, shipment and transport costs are at the customers charge as are the relative risks, the customer waiving all requests for any damages as he himself or third parties may sustain in relation to the above mentioned defects.

          Replacement of defective parts with new parts shall not postpone the original expiry date of the guarantee.

        The customer benefits from a guarantee lasting one month for electrical equipment or motors, plus the guarantees of OMSO sub-contractors against damages or defects in ball bearings, pressure gauges, seals, belts and all other parts not directly produced by the seller, waiving all requests for damages he may sustation now and for all times.

         Second-hand or used machine and materials are excluded from the guarantee.
